Bella Vita is ideally located on the Greenbelt in Scottsdale. It is just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, known for its tourist attractions, art galleries, dining, nightlife, and shopping venues. You will be close by to many retail and entertainment centers such as Scottsdale Fashion Square, 5th Avenue shops and the new Scottsdale Water Front.
There are also several golf courses in Scottsdale. The Silverado ends just as the Green belt on Hayden begins, at Bella Vita!
Walking and biking trails begin along Chaparral Lake and can take you for miles. Across the street from Bella Vita is a beautiful new park.
The condo has two bedrooms (each bedroom can sleep two) and two bathrooms. There is a pull out couch located in the living room which can sleep two. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge. There is also a full size stacked washer and dryer.
You will have access to four cruiser bikes, located in the storage room attached to the private patio/ balcony.
Bella Vita has two pools, one hot tub, barbeques, and a clubhouse with a pool table for your use.
